The existing set up was for their site managers to run the monthly function tests and log the results, with the annual test being completed by an external company. This resulted in the site managers being the responsible person and liable for potential fines and prosecution should they become non compliant.
By having a remotely monitored system by LED Direct it improves their sustainability but more importantly, it removes the liability away from all of their 55 site managers.

What do we get?
We will install a completely new, stand alone, automated Emergency Lighting system providing compliant emergency lighting levels throughout your premises that we will monitor from our head office. We will supply monthly test reports for the on site fire log and action any possible issues that have arisen - all within the monthly service fee.

How long is the contract?
Typically 5 years however this is flexible and can be altered to meet each individuals needs or to match a certain lease length.

What happens at the end of the contract?
The automated lighting system equipment is signed over to the customer. A revised service fee can be continued should the customer wish to carry on with a fully monitored and guaranteed system.
