Food Factory - 40pKwh - 24/7 operation - 667 Lights
This food factory recently had to renew their electricity contract increasing their unit cost from 17p to 40p.
After conducting a lighting survey we achieved the following numbers
- £23,621.52 electricity savings per month
- £2,541.55 monthly repayments for the lighting upgrade
This resulted in the customer being cash positive by £21,079.97 per month without any initial capital outlay.
In addition to this their maintenance costs were reduced to zero for the next 6 years as part of the service agreement.

With the recent hike in energy bills this London estate agency were looking to reduce their estate wide lighting costs for a quick win to reduce their operational costs whilst maintaining cash reserves.

- £3,400 monthly repayments for the lighting upgrade
