Our 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacements policy
If you’re unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, replacement or credit. You may be requested to return the item in its original, undamaged packaging before we process your request.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange the collection of the goods.
Please keep in mind the following:
- Items returned within 14 days but not in their original and undamaged packaging will also incur a 20% charge per item.
- If you return an item that doesn't adhere to our returns procedure or doesn't include a returns form, you may be liable for a £10 administration fee
Before you can return your item, please make sure that:
- You contact our customer service team with your order number to hand within 14 days.
- The goods and packaging are undamaged
- You have the email address you registered your purchase with
What delivery method do I need to use when returning an item?
Our customer service team will arrange a collection of the returned goods. Refunds on faulty items returned are reimbursed within 5 working days.
Can I return just one item from a multiple purchase?
Yes. You can return any item as long as it is still within the 14 day period.
Returning faulty goods
If your item is faulty, you need to get in touch with our customer service team, where you’ll be able to register that it is faulty. The team will then arrange a collection of the faulty product to arrive at our warehouse for testing where we will either repair or replace.
Should the item arrive for testing and appear to be in full working order the customer will be responsible for the cost to return the product.
